Welcome to Sakarya University State Conservatory Voice Education Department.
Our department, which admitted its first students in 2020, was established as a result of the scientific and artistic change proposed in line with the need identified after approximately 20 years of experience. The faculty members of our department continue to transfer these experiences to our students by combining them with their expertise in the fields of voice training and performance.
Turkish Folk Music and Turkish Classical Music departments within the Department of Voice Education prioritize providing students with all aspects - scientific and artistic - of the pragmatic and theoretical contents that require special study, such as the form, theory, genre, variety, style and attitude of Turkish music. adopts. Students and graduates of the Department of Voice Education; will be able to develop practical training in the fields of voice, repertoire, choir and hearing within these departments; They will reach the capacity to perform their arts within the rules of scientific and artistic ethics.
Our students, whom we try to provide stage experience by effectively using the concert halls within our university, work as instructors/teachers in different regions of the country after their graduation; They serve as state artists in the ensembles and choirs of institutions such as TRT and the Ministry of Culture, and contribute to the country's art and science as academics at universities in different cities.
I congratulate our new students who have joined us, and I also congratulate them for being one of the lucky students who will receive art and science education at our university.
In the light of this information, I would like to state that Sakarya University State Conservatory Voice Training Department would be a good choice for candidates who want to be a student in our school, and I would like the candidates to know that we will be happy to visit our school to share their talents with us and get more detailed information.
